Welcome to Georgia.Tours! By accessing and using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access our website or book our tour and transfer services.
1. Booking and Reservations
Tour and transfer bookings can be made directly through our website or authorized agents. Reservations are officially confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email and/or a direct WhatsApp message from our team, and where applicable, a deposit. We require accurate passenger information, flight details (for airport transfers), and valid contact details for all bookings.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in the specified currency on our website and include local taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments; please note that transactions may be processed in the local currency (GEL) based on the current exchange rate. Georgia.Tours reserves the right to adjust pricing due to seasonal changes, market conditions, or fuel surcharges with prior notice to clients with active inquiries.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policies
We understand that travel plans can change, and we offer flexible cancellation options depending on the service type:
- Private Tours: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the tour incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
- Airport Transfers & One-Way Trips: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are 100% free of charge. No refunds are provided for transfer cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service.
- No-Shows: If a client fails to arrive at the designated pick-up location within 60 minutes of the agreed time (or flight landing time) without contacting our team, it will be considered a 'No-Show' and no refund will be issued.
4. Transfer Rules and Conduct
To ensure a safe, punctual, and comfortable journey, all passengers must comply with the following rules:
- Punctuality: For hotel or custom address pick-ups, passengers are requested to be ready at the designated pickup point at the agreed time. For airport pick-ups, we provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands, allowing you sufficient time for luggage collection and customs.
- Vehicle Cleanliness and Safety: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside all Georgia.Tours vehicles. Wearing seatbelts is mandatory for all passengers in accordance with Georgian traffic laws.
- Passenger Behavior: Respectful behavior towards our drivers and guides is required at all times. Georgia.Tours and its drivers reserve the absolute right to refuse service, terminate a trip, or deny boarding to any passenger who displays abusive language, violent behavior, or extreme intoxication.
5. Liability Limitations
While Georgia.Tours makes every effort to ensure punctual, safe, and exceptional service, our liability is strictly limited under the following conditions:
- Force Majeure & Delays: Georgia.Tours cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays, changes in itineraries, or failure to perform services caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to: extreme weather conditions, landslides, unexpected road closures (e.g., mountain passes), border delays, political unrest, or severe traffic accidents.
- Personal Injury & Property: We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, medical expenses, or loss/damage to personal luggage and belongings during the tour or transfer. Passengers are solely responsible for their valuable items (passports, electronics, cash).
- Travel Insurance: For your safety and peace of mind, we strongly recommend and advise all travelers to purchase and maintain comprehensive international travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and luggage loss for the entire duration of their stay in Georgia.
6. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to its design, source code, text, graphics, logos, images, and unique tour itineraries, is the exclusive property of Georgia.Tours and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our materials without explicit written permission from our team is strictly prohibited.
7. User Conduct
Users agree to use our website and services strictly for lawful purposes. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or hacks our online platform, nor introduce fraudulent bookings. Furthermore, during our guided tours or transfer operations, you must not engage in any behavior that infringes upon the rights, comfort, or safety of our drivers, guides, or other passengers.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to our services, website, or these Terms of Service shall first be addressed directly through our internal complaint procedure via email at georgiavibetours@gmail.com. We always strive to reach a fair and amicable resolution. If a mutually acceptable solution cannot be reached within 30 days, both parties agree that the matter will be exclusively settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, and in accordance with Georgian law.
9. Changes to Terms
Georgia.Tours reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page, with the "Effective Date" updated at the top of the document. For ongoing or previously confirmed bookings, the terms agreed upon at the time of the booking confirmation will generally apply. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
